I invite you to join me in creating a psychologically safe space where you can find support in embodying and processing the emotions of the present. Throughout this series of meetings, I aim to provide a setting for exploring your physicality, alongside offering practical tools for restoration, stress relief, and reclaiming inner calm—practices that you’ll be able to use independently. I will share methods from dance-movement therapy, art therapy, and somatic movement. We’ll reflect together and share our insights, with a Telegram chat for support throughout the series. Each session is two hours, dedicated entirely to you and your physical process—two hours of slowing down amidst the rush of thoughts and immersing your attention in the body.
Galina Schiller about herself:I am a practical psychologist, dance-movement therapist, co-author and facilitator of the course *Body-Sound-Emotion-Me* for actors, and an individual and group trainer in acting skills. My sessions always focus on paying attention to yourself—your possibilities, desires, and the truth of your body's experience. They are about sincerity and expressiveness in revealing different aspects of your personality (both the familiar and those hidden in shadow), about honesty with yourself, and about finding answers through the body, self-love, and self-care. In my work, I use tools from dance-movement therapy, art therapy, and acting techniques. I believe that the most important role in a supportive profession is being both a witness and a guide—one who helps others reach new awarnesses, transformations, and skills.
