Directing a Short Film
You will shoot your own short film and learn how to create feature-length projects.
General Information
Course Goal: To help you create a great short film.
Who This Course Is For: Anyone who wants to make a short film but isn't sure how to do it properly.
How the Learning Process Works: Real-time Zoom meetings. Each participant brings their film idea. Together, we make each step: writing the script, creating the director's script, storyboarding, casting, preparing for shooting and so on. After the material is shot, we learn how to edit, add sound, create credits, and finalize your film. As a result, you will produce a film that you can submit to festivals. This film will become part of your directing portfolio and possibly the start of your career.

Is prior directing experience required?
No. We teach directing the way it's done in Western film schools. The course is built on a fundamental level. It is designed for those who are just starting and want to learn directing.
Are there any age restrictions?
For this course, we accept participants from 16 years old.
Is there online support between meetings?
Yes, you will be able to write in the chat group and receive answers to your questions and recommendations. The chat group will be created after the first meeting.
What if I fall behind and need additional consultations?
Yes, you can receive them individually, but the course is structured so that you successfully create a film within 2 months.
